THE FEMININE IMPERATIVE: Cornerstone for Global Change

Climate changes, gender issues, slavery, and animal rights are discussed at great length while business goes on as usual. Do we rely any less on oil and toxic chemicals? Do women respect themselves for who and what they are, rather than what they do? Does trafficking of people diminish, and individual women, men, and children acquire more importance than expected performance? Does the exploitation of species, and more precisely subtle forms of domestic animal abuse cease? And most of all, do we consider how our personal lives include power plays, forms of torture, and negotiation bordering on cheap barter and extorted privilege? We lie and cheat one another and ourselves every second of our waking life while paying lip service to imagined ethics.

Something is wrong when questioning is prized over living the question and we content ourselves with theoretical probes and exceptions. Intelligent issues are not always coherent with the quality of the lives of those who phrase them. What might be looms larger than what is. And numbers, statistics, titles, charts…persistently replace the […]

The Program

The Program is the planetary filter that conditions the behavior of an era.

A long time ago humanity lost track of the precious knowledge that the human being is free and already equipped with connections that allow it to recognize, link and rule over inner and outer reality.  As the human model, we are designed to construct our own world as autonomous, individual, and fully conscious beings.  We possess the equipment but we do not yet know how to access the structure that will enable us to recognize that, far from being ignorant sheep, we are creators.

Today, when humanity has evolved sufficiently to self-destruct, a consistently niggling feeling surfaces; we sense that somewhere within us lies a key to the freedom and creativity we crave.  We perceive an invisible barrier that prevents us from discovering or even inquiring further and don’t know how to break through.

A rigorous and extremely subtle social program which begun as a measure to safeguard the greater good and assure continuity, has developed into a mighty barrier of multileveled human creation, and […]

“What’s in a name?  That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet… Romeo, doff thy name, and for that name which is no part of thee, take all myself.” (William Shakespeare, “Romeo and Juliet”)

Woman is one with Nature.  As a force, she controls without intending to; she follows without submitting.  She embodies the spirit of cooperation, not because she reasons it out but because her nature embraces the whole.

Can anything be greater than the miracle and vastness of Creation?  At her core a woman is the totality of the life forces that engender creation, but it seems that this is not enough.  Unawares, a woman persistently defines herself, chooses to be defined, and sets out to fulfil the expectations of others.  What does it take to see that her opinions of herself are controlled by others, and by a patriarchal model of the past?

To answer the proverbial question, “who am I?” instead of becoming aware of ourselves feeling, we look to references, precedent, opinions and expectations with the hope that others […]

HUMAN BEINGS FORGOT HOW TO “FEEL” (Article originally appearing in Spanish in the Argentine magazine, “Uno Mismo”)

“Awareness is revolutionary in the same way that the repression of consciousness is anti-revolutionary. … Revolutionary consciousness is Primal Consciousness – an integrated mind freed from the internal realities of pain. Without Primal Consciousness, the neurotic person will externalise his inner conflicts and his rebelliousness will be symbolic.”

“The Primal Revolution, Towards a ‘Real’ World”  by Arthur Janov Ph.d. 1972.

The ‘60’s were revolutionary in many respects. On the one hand the Beatles erupted and with them a rejection of superficiality and naïve idealism of post World War II. On the other hand, Spain and Latin America fought politically and militarily to free themselves from centuries of formalism. Meanwhile, the East summoned us to the depths of memory and to the awakening of Consciousness.

Those of us who lived those times of cataclysmic social and cultural transformation did it ‘big time’, with excesses and exaggeration, dramatic manifestations, cult to the chaotic in jazz and in the arts, redefinition of […]

Sensitivity in the City

A Four Part Series

Part One

Life purpose and choice of profession is often shaped by the need to understand our perceptions and ourselves. I have been embarrassingly plagued by hypersensitivity all my life. People’s reaction to my jumps and starts and low sensory threshold made me feel that it was some sort of disease and certainly something that I ought to be able to control. Being female only complicated the problem.

Generally speaking, sensitivity is a social bother and an inconvenience. Our world is such that it is much smarter and often more elegant to simulate sensitivity.   Higher learning goes so far as to avoid it altogether, and focus instead on mental control and projection. Everyone fits in where and how they can.

Many people seem to be perfectly content amidst intense and varied, often discordant stimulation. Rather than bewilderment or curiosity, for them physical sensory life is rather simple and more than satisfactory; they have little interest in exploring other forms of perception or heightened feeling states. Everything is fine […]

(For more detail and a better understanding of “Dimensions of Consciousness”, please read the series in three parts and see the video under the same name)

Here-Now suggests experiencing a kind of Infinite-Forever that embraces the world we know but also the many layers that cannot be measured in time or space.

Consciousness is everything; it vibrates as intelligent life in innumerable harmonies and frequencies. Knowing involves experiencing, embracing, and becoming one with every form of life, all we have been and ever could be. It touches upon Being. It is easier than we think, because it is not founded on piling up information but on inherent sensitivity and the natural quality we possess to observe and discriminate.

We live in multiple dimensions simultaneously, although our awareness may be limited to one or very few. Given certain conditions, a person is capable of living in time but also in timelessness. When this occurs, the vibrational frequencies of the mind and body oscillate much faster. Thinking becomes something entirely different from the deductive method we are familiar with.

When our aspiration is […]

Woman Holds the Key to Alchemy.

Whereas medieval alchemy seeks to transform lead into gold, divine alchemy elicits the refinement of matter by entering into affinity with Consciousness as light.

A woman performs Alchemy every time she gives birth, forgives, embraces differences, and every time she touches a human being with the warmth of her fire-light.

As confirmation of things unseen in the sublime terrain of sensitivity, Alchemy, like a woman who knows that form is the shadow of formlessness, is evocative of the primary order of the Universe.  Every operation that goes through the process of her love becomes transformed, uplifted and redeemed.

In the eyes of a woman, Truth stands revealed.

To be in the moment requires no masks, intermediaries, filters, or conditions. Sensitivity is the jewel in the heart of a woman, for whom life, truth, and godliness, are immediate and direct.

A woman who treads the Path accepts the unknowable as the beginning and the end.

To understand a woman we must stop trying.

When a woman prays the skies opens.  When she cries the earth lies still.  Her […]

(In order to understand the concept of rays and cycles, we recommend the articles listed at the end)

Once soul level is attained, there are no gender differences.  The spiritual journey, however, is tread according to gender perspective and possibility.

Women and men arrive in different ways.  To reach our goal, we rely on special faculties and abilities that are a product of our physical and hormonal structure.  More than expression, which in our modern era may be identical, this refers to perception and to the type of affinity each has with life forms.  To attain to the fullness of Being, and with it the fullness of the soul, the spiritual path for women and men necessarily comprises different styles and stages.

Physical and mental dynamics have traditionally been the property of men.  They define a linear reality that is easy to understand as common consensus.  A man’s spiritual path has been defined and systemized to embrace different temperaments and ages, serving basically masculine elements.  Today as ever, woman shares the same world, but she lives immersed in multiple unseen sensibilities that […]

(Extract from a talk given at a Feminine Mysteries retreat)

In daily life we are faced with conditioning and strong influences, automatisms and emotional habits.  Sometimes we will think they are ours but in truth they correspond to the collective mind and to a common programming that veils our perception and therefore our authentic expression.

The common denominator is a belief in separation.  Not only do we believe we are separate from one another, instigating the illusion of secrecy and privacy, we are programmed to think that physical and spiritual life are opposites and sometimes contrary forces.

Separation reveals an analogy, not a reality.  What separates us from the subtle world, including divinity, is not physical conditions but ingrained habits, such as the strong dependence on the linear mind and the devaluation of sensitivity.  This is especially difficult for women whose spiritual path is one of naturalness and inclusiveness.

Separation fosters the appearance of need, suffering and effort, all of which fragment us in such ways that we are forced us to seek teachers, professionals, clergy and techniques to instruct and soothe […]

The latest discoveries in science tend to corroborate age-old metaphysical principles and conscientious researchers in both fields are keen to integrate them into our world.  Equally avid, imitators, attention-seekers, and marketing experts provide the public with gadgets, tricks, programs and products that simulate spiritual technology.

Gatherings organized to inform the public about the dynamics of spirit fall into two main groupings and, unfortunately, the distinction between the two kinds of activity, as well as their purpose, is often blurred.  Any intelligent person who lives outside the range of the New Age mentality is bound to confuse categories and dismiss them both.   Here is perhaps why.

Congresses and Conferences tend to be educational as well as informative, well documented, and often revolve around a theme.  They can be as challenging as they can be boring and overly complicated. The subjects range from health research to quantum physics.  During the course of a series of talks, books and subsidiary material is made available.  Spiritual or “Mystical” Fairs, on the other hand are lively, eclectic and more obviously commercial, packed with […]
